Need blood work: The reason that you may be bleeding heavy and for a long time is you have hormone imbalance. You need blood work and iron supplements, avoid constipaiton and follow up with gyn for hormone control. you may become anemia and really need to check blood work and monitor you could have sob and fatigue etc and affect heart over years if you don't attend to this issue and control the length of perio

Get a check up.: Go see your doctor. Menses are usually irregular during your teens but you might be losing too much blood and get anemia and long periods may impact your quality of life. See someone and find out why you have this and maybe get some hormones to regulate it.
