Worry if it persists: After a vigorous sexual intercourse it is not unusual to experience some discomfort during urination. However it doesnot persist more than 3 days. If it continues without any sign of improvement you may have to see your medical doctor.

Sounds like: You should be evaluated in person to make sure you don't have a urinary tract infection or even possibly STD related inflammation of the urogenital tract.
