A member asked:

I had a miscarriage 5 months ago and am newly pregnant. what can i do to give this pregnancy the best chance of surviving? can i continue exercising?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Without further: evidence of recurrent miscarriages, there is no preventative methods other than adhering with what is routine recommended for normal pregnancies. If you have had multiple successful pregnancies in the past, and perhaps your age may play a role in causing the miscarriage, then there is nothing to be done. You should continue to exercise as you have with your past pregnancies.
