Can adenoids that cause sleep problem for 13y boy(no disease history) to be the reason of the high blood hypertension (140/100) that he recently had?

Yes: Enlarged adenoids can cause Obstructive Sleep Apnea(OSA). OSA in turn is strongly associated with hypertension, and removing the adenoids should resolve the problem unless there is another reason for the hypertension. See> http://bit.ly/1HbvipP
