See doctor: This may be from a spider bite which often gets infected. Need to contact doctor to find out if you may have a different condition or need treatment with an antibiotic. On rare occasions, the lesion needs be drained and the diseased tissue surgically removed. Don't wait.

I would highly: recommend a visit to a podiatrist or dermatologist. There are a few different things this could be….you may need samples of the fluid or biopsy of the lesion to ultimately figure it out. There is a blistery form of athletes foot that is possible, bug bite, autominnune reaction, herpes, and the list goes on .
