A member asked:

Dr at what position will be my baby in week 19? vertical or horizontal? i feel movement in very low abdomen only..

During the second: trimester, your baby still has room to move around. If you feel movement in your low abdomen only, your baby is likely in a breach position (head up, butt down). However s/he has plenty of time and opportunity to turn into a head down position. When that happens, you may feel more movement in your mid to upper abdomen but more pressure over your bladder.
