No. Per literature..: Some Federal drug testing guidelines require the 5 panel test, which includes an opiate panel. The opiate panel tests for metabolites of codeine and morphine, neither of which are metabolites of Tramadol. While Tramdol's primary metabolite does bind to opiod receptors, it has a substantially different molecular structure. Standard screens will only detect heroin, codeine, and morphine.
