Essential FA's: We all need omega-3 fatty acids because we cannot synthesize them. Fish or other marine oils give us both epa & dha without having to convert them from plant-based ala. Research companies & make sure you buy a product that is free of heavy metal and other contaminants (not just "cheap"!) good place to review products: http://www.Consumerlab.Com/ get 1-2 g/day epa and at least 500 mg/day dha.
