I'm sorry: I can't tell from your question where this "slight bump" was .... was it on your head? Under the skin of the abdomen? I would be most concerned if it WAS your head, i.e. you hit your head and then felt nauseated. Sometimes when you sit up quickly, you might very briefly feel light-headed and nauseated. These are just thoughts ... from what you've written, I'm not too concerned, but need more info
