No: You are never safe from pregnancy if you are having unprotected intercourse. It is even more difficult to know when your more fertile times are when your cycle is not regular. If you do not want to be pregnant, please get on some type of birth control!

Not from pregnancy: Your situation is particularly tricky because you don't when your next period will be. However, in general a woman ovulates around 14 days prior to her next period. What you are doing is risky. I recommend that you use protection every time if you are not ready for another child.
