Don't eat dairy!But:: This does not sound like lactose intolerance (which causes gas/loose stools) but more like a possible allergy to dairy. Dairy allergy is fairly common and, if that's the case, the only thing that works is to avoid dairy. After avoiding for several months your sensitivity should decrease.But you may find you tolerate goat and sheep dairy and you may do fine with raw cow milk/raw cheese. Experiment.
