No worries: Your question makes me smile, because I have a personal connection with it. I also have mitral valve prolapse with slight mitral regurgitation, and a lifelong history (50 years) of Holter monitor studies showing PACs and PVCs in far greater numbers than you. I'm doing fine at age 72. So will you. Follow your cardiologist's advice but otherwise no worries. Best wishes.
