Squats and lunges: Resistance traing(weight lifting), leg press, knee extensions, hamstrings curls, squats and lunges. Good nutrition including protein.

No regional loss: Unfortunately it is not possible to create regional fat loss. Best bet is nutritional diet with aerobic exercise.

Fat loss: Selective fat loss is only achieved with liposuction. Exercise regularly with both aerobic and resistance training. Diet maintenance is important so find a life style nutritional plan that you enjoy and provides the right nutrition and calories that you need to reduce your body fat. Good luck.
