No.: The only indication for medical use of THC is for appetite stimulation in patients suffering from anorexia related to metastatic cancer. The drug is called dronabinol. How do you know you have IBS? Who told you that? Don't use some wastebasket diagnosis that some poor excuse for a doctor gave you as an excuse to try street drugs or to get high.
