Most likely callus: By your description, you most likely have developed callouses on the pressure point where you sit. This is not uncommon in musicians (like pianists) where you have to sit for long periods and must maintain good posture, but anyone who is sitting on a hard/firm surface for long periods can develop this. I would see a dermatologist for recommendations on how to fade/soften this.
