I have now 28 wks of pg.usg says,baby's lt.kidney is 9mm & rt. kidney is 5 mm but bladder is not empty & no oligohydraminions.wht is da fate of baby?

Likely benign.: Usually more common in boys because of testicular descent. >4 is considered dilated. Should be followed by MFM via ultrasound. Mostly resolves without incident.
