Cannot diagnose: Without seeing you and having imaging studies, physical exam and lengthy history it is impossible to evaluate you on the internet. Go and see a doctor and be professionally assessed. Good luck.

Sounds like Bronchit: A head cold can often be complicated by chest infection, commonly called bronchitis or sometimes it can end up being a pneumonia. A chest x-ray can help define which of the two you have. A short course of antibiotics may be needed to clear up the infection although most times it settles down in 10-14 days without requiring antibiotics(except with pneumonia). Go see your family doctor to help you.
