Best to avoid it: It will not do any damage to you to drink milk but it can make your diarrhea worse. Some people have a condition called lactose intolerance that causes stomach cramping and diarrhea. If this happens to you often then there are lactase tablets you can buy to take when you drink milk or eat dairy products.
