Bee or a spider: If it is a bee apply hydrocortisone cream, she will be ok as long as she is not allergic to bees. If it start looking dark like necrotic tissue in the center, and getting larger every day, and the pain getting worst instead of better, she needs to see a doctor it could be a spider dressed like a bee for Halloween
