Little Risk: Vagifem are estrace (estradiol) vaginal cream act locally. Without a Family History of breast cancer, the risk is very little. You should try to quit smoking to decrease your risk of lung cancer, emphysema, and chronic bronchitis. I'm not sure what you mean when you say you had a partial hysterectomy. If you mean you still have a cervix, then you may get some spotting if your cervix has endometrial cells.
