Hi .. i'm 6 days post an iui. is it safe to take estrace (estradiol) if my estrogen level was 76? and progesterone suppositories if my progesterone was 7.5?

Yes: I assume your reproductive endocrinologist has a plan, and that these prescriptions were given to you as part of it. Estradiol and Progesterone are very commonly given as part of a fertility treatment plan, but you shouldn't try to adjust your medications yourself. Good luck!
