Diagnosis unlikely: Seborrheic dermatitis is very common. Contact dermatitis, irritant and allergic due to antibiotic ear drops is also common. Persistent symptoms often indicate a reaction to well-meaning but misguided use of peroxide, neomycin, and other meds. There are specific meds used as drops. "Antifungal" includes both useful and harmful agents. BE SPECIFIC. You probably have a wrong diagnosis.
