Would recommend that you have the rash looked at by the baby’s physician either by in-person or telemedicine visit.It is difficult to diagnose and treat rashes without seeing them.Meanwhile, it sounds like seborrhea or eczema which would be safe to treat with Aquaphor (brand name),which is a clear ointment that will help to heal and moisturize the area;not sure if it is available in your location.
