Continue with abx: treatment for infectious sinusitis should be with prolonged course of antibiotics, 2-3 weeks at least. if the symptoms persist , obtain a culture of the secretion , as other infections such as staph can not be treated effectively with casual antibiotics. after the third episode of sinusitis, obtain a CT of the sinuses.
