What occurs if i cut off the excess skin from my weight loss myself?

Excess skin: This really cannot be done by you. First of all if you do not get some type of anesthesia it will be unbearable painful and secondly the resultantant scar without stutiches wold probably be unsightly. Bad idea overall.
