No: Decreasing excess fluid salt may help appearance. May need surgery to remove the excess skin if weight loss was enough.

Abdominoplasty: This operation does exactly that. It may include also, if necessary, tightening of the abdominal wall muscles that have been stretched out by the excess weight. In all cases, though, the excess skin is removed with an incision just above the pubic hair that can be covered with underwear or a swimming suit.

Surgery: There is no effective way so far. The best alternative is surgical reduction through an abdominoplasty or tummy tuck.

Couple options : In all likelihood following that procedure you would probably do best with a tummy tuck but laser options like radio frequency skin tightening may be sufficient to get you your desired result. Look for refit by viora or explore with a plastic surgeon near you.

Body contouring : You are asking about body contouring. This is surgical treatment of the excessive skin after massive weight loss. Body lifts , abdominoplasty, and other contouring procedures can be done by a plastic surgeon. See a board certified plastic surgeon for details. Surgical procedures are the only options for permanent improvement of the excessive skin.
