It sound like: you would benefit from a COMPLETE ENDOCRINE EVALUATION by a Board Certified Endocrinologist ("GLAND" expert) Possibilities include PCOS, Adrenal gland hyperactvity and Pituitary abnormalities in addition to your THYROID issues!
