Keep moving: Avoid movements which provoke the vertigo but do not become sedentary.

Some suggestions: An acute vestibular labyrinthitis is time limited, tending to phase out over several days. Staying active is OK, as long as you recognize risk of falling with injury, and possible exacerbation of need to vomit. Do not see any palliative medication for your problem, but you might benefit from Ginger Root 1000 mg thrice daily.
