For someone who is 42 I would be between a Supraventricular Tachycardia or Atrial Fib/Flutter. Unless you are still having pain which could give you sinus tachycardia. Obtaining an EKG will be helpful in determining the etiology. In these cases an Alivecor could be beneficial.
