Yes: You should see a doctor and get some blood work done to find out why the lymph nodes are swollen. Swollen lymph nodes are usually a sign of an infectious process somewhere in the body.

Swollen LN: Please go to ER/ urgent care or doc to be evaluated. We always check up on swollen LN. Could be infection- cat scratch fever, or castleman's disease, mass like ovarian, or lymphoma . Also a swollen leg is worrisome for a clots which can cause a clot in lung. Please f/u today
