A lot: mainly just feeling very blah and a lot of cravings. Several ways to quit: nicotine replacement, nicotine blocking (chantix), avoiding cigarettes/lighters/ashtrays and have them removed from surroundings, putting up gold stars when you've had a trigger and DIDN't smoke, involving friends/family in quitting.
