Why do i have difficulty breathing normally when air is blown in my face (ex in a car) or when too much smoke fills air, ex. cigarettes, fireplace ?

Bronchospasm...: Shortness of breath in these situations could be related to bronchospasm as well as airway inflammation. If possible, avoid these situations. If that isn't possible, or these symptoms become longer lasting, see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment. Treatment would likely include bronchodilator and steroid inhalers.
