See a doc: These may not be related, but if you feel short of breath and the ovary with the cyst seems to be hurting, it may very well be twisting on itself. Its a good idea for you to call your doctor, preferably a gynecologist, about this issue.

Likely not related: An ovarian or paraovarian cyst should not be associated with shortness of breath unless it is a giant cyst filling up the whole abdomen, which would be very rare. See doctor for evaluation of shortness of breath.
