No: Grapefruit juice doesn't cause or help with weight loss. It tastes good and is healthy, but you need to eat less, exercise more to lose weight. The grapefruit juice calories have to be included in your intake of calories. You have to burn off 3500 more than you take in to lose a pound. Talk to a good registered dietitian.
