Had panel due to fatigue and aches. all is well except total protein 8.4 (h) alb 4.7 (h) globulin 3.7 (h) a/g ratio - 1.27. possible myeloma? normal?

Myeloma quite a leap: the globulins are not significantly outpacing the normal proteins (albumin) this would go AGAINST myeloma. And.. proteins can be elevated from concentrated blood (dehydration) would need other measures to assess that.

Serum free light chain test shows normal kappa (8.7mg/dl), low lambda (3.80), high kap/lam ratio (2.31). Serum $ urine electrophoresis show no monoclonal protein, nor does serum immunofixation. Likely MGUS, myeloma, or admyloidosis? CBC/met panel ok.

Serum protein electrophoresis showed elevated beta-2 globulin, 5.3 g/L (reference range 2.0-5.0 g/L). What further testing could be done to rule out multiple myeloma, aside from immunofixation and quantitative immunoglobin?
Gamma globulin level in test is 22.6%, results page they gave says this is higher than normal, normal range is listed as 11.1-18.8%. Concerned Myeloma?
Albumin 3.9 globulin 4.2 could this means multiple myeloma ! Other blood test were within normal range ?
