Costochondritis: You are young and less likely to have any serious disorder. Unlikely, heart issues, since its on the right side and it's a sharp shooting pain with positional movement which include breathing that involves movements of ribs. Generally, Ibuprofen or naproxen should take care of pain. if continues to worsens even after treatment, I would recommend a doctor visit for evaluation.
