Yes and no: The healing that would be expected from the surgery certainly would have taken place by now, usually within 8-12 weeks. So if you are still having trouble 4 years after your surgery, the bigger question is what is the specific problem and what are my options. Simply waiting longer does not seen likely to be of any benefit. Don't hesitate to seek a second opinion.
