JRA and chest pain: Go to ER today/ call your rheumatologist you may have either pleuritis- not a big deal or pericarditis- need monitoring and follow up as can get fluid around heart, rarely clot -check d-dimer. Individuals with autoimmune disease are more predisposed inflammation of the serosa surrounding organs.May be inflammation from virus/ mycoplasma which responds to zithromax ( if not allergic). F/u today
