I would like to speak to someone about my symptoms. I have a low grade fever (37.5'C) and tightness in my chest, shortness of breath and a bad headache and sore neck.
Cardiologist says heart fine after testing. No clots on lung. Have breathlessness, lightheadedness, bad breath, night sweats and bad neck pain and occasional chest tightness. What could it be?
