No: Bruising can be from bleeding from the injections you are receiving or from a new trauma. If the bleeding was in the deep tissues like muscles, the stagnant blood can take some time to seep under the skin and thus seen as a bruise. The spreading of blood this way helps it to dissolve. It might take some time to do so. Repeated bruising would require a work up by your doctor.
