Tight head/twitch: May be sinusitis, change of season ( try zyrtec) or lyme or herpes I ( I have seen bad headaches with this) which responds to acyclovir. can also be cervicalgia from nerve compression/irritation in neck, though you are young, may also be from TMJ ( tempormadibular joint) or teeth grinding f/u w/doc within 48 hours
