Anxiety?: Facial twitching is usually not a sign of a serious disorder and is most often due to anxiety, which may be causing your symptoms. But if your symptoms persist see your physician. See my checklist "overcoming anxiety and stress."

Myokymia: This sounds like a kind of myokymia which is characterized by spontaneous fine fascicular contraction of muscle without muscular atrophy or weakness. But, this persists and gives you problems, its prudent to see a doctor.
