Not likely stroke: Eyelid myokymia (twitching) is most commonly associated with ocular dryness, & occasionally with excessive caffeine, stress, blepharitis. A stroke affecting the eyelid would cause you to lose eyelid function (eyelid droop, possibly with double vision). Try artificial tears to see if improves comfort & lessens twitching. See your MD if not benefitting.
