No: Most of this cough syrups products have dextromethorphan in them, which I don't advise in early pregnancy. Get a plain guafenisin product like plain robitussin or plain generic tussin. Cough drops also fine. Avoid products that say DM. tylenol (acetaminophen) or acetominophen ok for fever. Chloraseptic or cepacol ok for the throat.
