Rare if ever: A one month old is rarely if ever infected with a strep throat. The worrisome complications if they were;rheumatic fever, heart or kidney problems are unheard of at that age. The general rules for infant infections would apply.Feeding refusal, elevated temperature >100.4, excessive sleep.
