Be evaluated : Something is clearly not right, and the longer you go with swelling and inability to use them the harder it will be to regain function. Make sure you are being seen by a hand specialist and have am accurate diagnosis, don't hesitate to seek a second opinion.

See your doctor: You did not say how this occurred. Bone marrow edema can take longer than two months to heal. The discoloration and inability to move the fingers is of concern. Ligament injury is of concern. The discoloration may be vascular-dilatation or hemorrhage. Talk to your doctor as MRI may be needed.
