Possibly her sinuses: Together with upper respiratory infection. Sinus congestion/infection would be the cause for the cough and for the headache. If she is otherwise fine, try a fever reducer/pain-killer for now, and get her to see her doctor next morning, if no improvement, please go to ER/urgent care, wish you both wellness
