Interesting: Based on your description of exposure, almost certainly not. HIV is a blood-borne disease and generally requires direct blood to blood contact. Saliva to saliva is not generally a recognized mode of transmission. That being said if you are aware of someone having HIV, you should probably take all due precautions.
