WOW!: This is the wildest question I have ever been asked in 30 years. It would not be safe to drink HIV positive blood. The virus can be absorbed through your mucous membranes basically your mouth, tiny openings in the gums that brushing the teeth may bring. I don't know about absorption from the gut. I would also think you would feel sick after drinking blood and likely vomit.
