Exam needed: With the variety of symptoms that you relate, you need to see your DR and get a full exam. What you are relating is not normal, and you need to get this investigated I would suggest calling and getting an apt with your health care provider in the next few days. If there is worsening, or new symptoms, then consider ER visit.
